There are a few dozen categories and when you click on a product, you are taken to a page where you can find out the health and nutrition rating of that product as well as the environmental performance and social performance.
Good Guide also alerts the reader to any certifications the product has received and even gives you recommendations of other products you might look at in case the one you are looking at is less than desirable. Reviews of the product are also presented and comparisons to other similar products are given too. The nutrition label is pasted into the review making it a very informative guide.
