Go Green By Getting Rid of Harsh Chemical Cleaners

Going green can be easy and it can be quite difficult depending on the avenue you have decided to take in getting there. Turning off the water when you brush your teeth is an easy way to start but some people have a more difficult time when it comes to carpooling or riding a bicycle to work(if that is feasible). Even more difficult would be retrofitting your house with solar panels or a geothermal heating unit.

Here is one of the easy ways of going green. Stop buying household cleaners that have harsh chemicals in them. I found a laundry detergent that is free of all environmentally damaging chemicals and actually found that my clothes come out smelling better and are softer than the clothes I washed in the detergents with harsh chemicals in them.

I use a product called Seventh Generation and have been very happy with it. I understand that Proctor and Gamble stopped using harsh chemicals too but since I have been happy with Seventh Generation, I have continued to use it. I am going to start using their laundry detergent this week so I will report back and tell you about it, but I can guarantee that you will be very happy with the Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent.
